My Story
Hi, I’m Rachel, and I’m passionate about helping others improve their quality of life. I believe we are all designed to feel, connect, and explore our inner and outer worlds, and I aim to create an atmosphere where you feel brave enough to do so.
I have been working with bodies through movement since 2015, and I have witnessed health organically improve when we cultivate our mind-body connection. My teaching style has evolved into a focused mindful movement session that regulates the nervous system and grounds us in the present moment. Most describe a movement session with me as calming, centering, meditative, and intentional.
Through college, I studied psychology and holistic health which gave me insight into underlying motivations, attitudes, and belief systems that drive health behavior. I bring this insight into wellness conversations to help clients reflect, uncover blocks, and set clearer intentions around how they think, speak, and act.
My methods combine a unique approach of embodiment practices and holistic health coaching. Each session is tailored for what is needed that day, and I show up to session ready to help you tune in.
